Services & Rates:
FREE 15 minute Telehealth or Phone Intake and Consult. This shorter time serves as an initial meeting to get an idea of how we fit, and may work together. This is optional.
$130.00 for a 55 minute in person or virtual session. This rate applies for both individual and family counselling
$140.00 for a 55 minute nature based session. This rate applies for both individual and family counselling
$ 195.00 for an 85 minute in person, virtual, or nature based session. Allows for a more in depth exploration of presenting concerns and longer guided treatment experiences.
Booking Details
Appointments can be booked for either in person, virtual, or nature based sessions.
I accept etransfer, or cash payment.
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged a half rate cancellation fee for first time, and full amount for any further missed appointments.
Please inquire about reduced rates for those who would like to use our services, but are facing financial hardship.
Payment within one week of receipt of services unless previously arranged.
Benefits & Coverage
Counselling fees may be reimbursed by extended health benefits plans, depending on your plan coverage. Please consult your benefits package to find out details on how much is covered, number of sessions, and the required credentials of the professional.
